Europe leads the regional representation with 20 restaurants, followed by Asia with 17. North America has six entries, while South America has three. Africa and the Middle East each account for two restaurants.

Italy’s Uliassi, located in Senigallia, is Europe’s highest-ranked restaurant on the extended list, taking No. 51. Its position places it just outside the main top 50, which will be revealed at the Lima ceremony next month.

Belgium, France, Germany and Spain each have three restaurants on the list, making them the most represented European countries after Italy’s leading entry. Belgium’s selections are The Jane in Antwerp at No. 63, Willem Hiele in Oudenburg at No. 66 and Eliane in Brussels at No. 86.

France is represented by three restaurants, all in or near Paris. Arpège ranks No. 67 and Septime No. 81, both in the French capital, while Le Doyenné in Saint-Vrain takes No. 84.

Germany’s three entries are all based in Berlin. Nobelhart & Schmutzig ranks No. 76, Coda follows at No. 82, and Tim Raue appears at No. 85. Spain also secures three places, with Cocina Hermanos Torres in Barcelona at No. 69, Txispa in Atxondo at No. 80 and Aponiente in El Puerto de Santa María at No. 100.

The United Kingdom has two restaurants on the extended ranking, both in London. Kol takes No. 70, while The Ledbury ranks No. 83, returning to the extended list for the first time since 2019.

Other European entries include Koan in Copenhagen, Denmark, at No. 57, and Stockholm’s Frantzén in Sweden at No. 58. Slovenia’s Hiša Franko, located in Kobarid, ranks No. 60, while Belcanto in Lisbon, Portugal, takes No. 75. Neolokal in Istanbul, Türkiye, rounds out the European representation at No. 94.

The extended 51-100 ranking offers an early look at the restaurants receiving international recognition before the main World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2026 list is announced. The full ranking is scheduled to be revealed at a gala ceremony in Lima on November 4.
