Sofía Vergara has shared a social media post highlighting traits associated with narcissistic behaviour following reports about her former husband Joe Manganiello’s account of their marriage in his new memoir, Bloodlines.
The image, initially shared by Vergara’s son, Manolo, contrasts what it presents as healthy behaviour with traits associated with narcissism. It lists apologising, setting boundaries and telling the truth as positive qualities, while highlighting gaslighting, lying and the phrase “act like Peter Pan” on the other side.
Vergara reposted the image with a clapping-hands emoji but did not mention Manganiello by name or explain what prompted her to share it. Her post came after reports emerged about the actor’s description of their relationship in his memoir.

According to TMZ, Manganiello alleges in Bloodlines that Vergara ridiculed him while he was dealing with a serious autoimmune condition. He also writes that he experienced suicidal thoughts during their marriage and credits their dog with giving him a reason to keep going.
The reported account has drawn attention to the former couple’s relationship, but Vergara has not publicly confirmed that her social media post was directed at Manganiello. Without a direct statement from the actress, the connection between the post and the memoir remains unconfirmed.
TMZ reported that it had contacted Manganiello for comment on Vergara’s post but had not received a response at the time of publication.
