Registration and applications are now open for Meetings Africa 2027, inviting exhibitors, buyers and media professionals to take part in one of Africa’s major business events industry gatherings. The event will bring together local and international stakeholders to explore business opportunities, showcase African destinations and build partnerships across the meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions (MICE) sector.

Meetings Africa connects African destinations and business events suppliers with buyers, industry leaders and media representatives from across the continent and beyond. It provides a platform for showcasing the range of services and destinations available for business events in Africa, while creating opportunities for trade, investment and collaboration.
Exhibitors can register to present their destinations, products and services to potential buyers and other industry stakeholders. The event offers businesses an opportunity to raise their profile, establish industry contacts and explore ways to expand their reach in the business events market. Interested exhibitors can apply through the official Meetings Africa exhibitor registration page.
International, local and association buyers are also invited to apply to attend the event. Hosted buyers will have the opportunity to discover Africa’s business events offering and connect with suppliers relevant to their needs. Buyer applications are subject to qualification and vetting, and registration does not automatically guarantee acceptance. Applications are available through the official hosted buyer registration page.
Journalists, editors, broadcasters, photographers and other media professionals can apply for accreditation to cover Meetings Africa 2027. The general media registration process is open to professionals seeking access to report on the event. However, general media accreditation is separate from hosted media arrangements, which are managed through a different process. Media professionals can find registration details on the official Meetings Africa media page.

Meetings Africa 2027 will begin with BONDay on 22 February, followed by the trade show on 23 and 24 February. Both will take place at the Sandton Convention Centre in Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa.
The event is expected to bring together businesses and industry professionals interested in developing connections across Africa’s business events market. For exhibitors, it offers a platform to present their services to prospective clients, while buyers can explore suppliers and destinations for future business events. Media participation will also provide opportunities to report on developments and business activity within the sector.
Those interested in participating can find application requirements and further information on the official Meetings Africa website at meetingsafrica.co.za.
