WTM London 2025 is now open for registration. Returning to the iconic Excel London venue from 4 to 6 November, the global travel industry’s most influential event is gearing up for its biggest edition yet.
Last year’s event saw a remarkable rise in engagement, with an 11 percent increase in qualified buyers and more than 34,000 meetings held across the three days. This year, organizers are building on that momentum.
The show will expand significantly in size, adding 25,000 square meters of space within Excel. With that growth comes deeper content, stronger networking, and more immersive features. One of the biggest new additions is WTM Trend Fest, a cultural programme that will showcase global experiences through live performances, themed zones, and curated daily presentations.
All signs point to a record year for exhibitors. Interest continues to grow across tourism boards, hospitality providers, transport firms, and travel technology platforms. In response, the team behind WTM London is rolling out new initiatives to improve the exhibitor experience.
A brand-new feature this year is WTM TV. This in-house media channel will broadcast live coverage, interviews, and insights throughout the event, giving exhibitors and attendees even more ways to stay connected and informed.
The conference agenda is also being taken to a new level. Organizers have announced a shared theme for all six of this year’s conference tracks: reimagining travel in a changing world. This unified approach is designed to deliver clarity and consistent value throughout the programme.
Following last year’s 29 percent rise in session attendance, this year’s expanded floor space allows for more educational opportunities. New to the schedule are expert-led masterclasses. These sessions will be bookable in advance and carry a small fee, offering deeper, hands-on insights for industry professionals.
Several of WTM’s most anticipated events have been confirmed to return, including the Ministers Summit, Sustainability Summit, Geo-economics Summit, and Marketing Summit. Popular features like the WTM Global Travel Report and the ITT Future You Forum will also be part of the 2025 agenda.
These sessions bring together leaders from across the travel world to address the challenges and opportunities ahead. From climate policy to innovation, the programme is built to reflect the complexity and ambition of the global tourism sector.
