Radisson Individuals Germany expansion continues to gain momentum as the brand introduces two new HARBR. hotels in southern Germany, strengthening its footprint across Baden-Württemberg. With the opening of HARBR. Hotel Konstanz and HARBR. Hotel Heilbronn, Radisson Individuals now connects three distinct lifestyle properties in the region, joining the existing HARBR. Hotel Ludwigsburg.

Each location reflects its surroundings while remaining tied together by a shared design language and hospitality concept that prioritizes flexibility, local character, and social spaces.
HARBR. Hotel Konstanz, a member of Radisson Individuals, is positioned near the Seerhein promenade and directly beside Herosé Park. The location places guests within walking distance of Lake Constance while keeping them connected to the city’s cultural and urban rhythm.
The hotel features 76 rooms and studios designed for both short visits and extended stays. Several units include kitchenettes, making the property suitable for travelers who prefer independence without sacrificing hotel services. Digital features such as online check in and mobile key access simplify arrival and departure.
Public areas play a central role in the guest experience. Breakfast is served daily with a mix of regional and international options. The Living Room restaurant operates throughout the day with casual dishes and light meals. In the evening, the Spelunke bar becomes a relaxed gathering space offering cocktails, local beers, regional wines, and the hotel’s own coffee blend in a maritime inspired setting.
Guests can explore Konstanz and the lakeside surroundings by renting bicycles directly from the hotel. On site parking and electric vehicle charging stations are available. For meetings and larger events, the hotel works with nearby venues such as the Bodenseeforum Konstanz.

The addition of HARBR. Hotel Konstanz places Radisson Individuals in one of southern Germany’s most visited leisure destinations, appealing to both city travelers and those seeking lake focused escapes.
HARBR. Hotel Heilbronn, a member of Radisson Individuals, is located along the Neckar River in Heilbronn’s Zukunftspark district. The area is known for innovation, riverside development, and close ties to one of Germany’s most important wine regions.
The property offers 127 rooms and suites, including 15 long stay apartments with fully equipped kitchenettes. Four Junior Suites feature private terraces overlooking the river, adding outdoor space that is rare in city hotels.

Dining follows the HARBR. lifestyle concept. Guests start the day with a regional breakfast buffet, while the Living Room restaurant serves casual meals throughout the day. The Spelunke bar focuses on signature drinks, seasonal offerings, local beers, and wines sourced from nearby Heilbronn vineyards.
Hotel services include secure parking, bicycle rentals, and electric vehicle charging. Wellness facilities include a modern fitness studio, sauna areas, and a rooftop terrace with views across the riverfront and city skyline.
Business travelers have access to two on site meeting rooms. The 46 square meter boardroom, Reederei, accommodates up to 14 participants, while the 22 square meter Freihafen room is suited for smaller meetings of up to eight guests. For larger conferences, the hotel cooperates with the nearby WTZ Conference Center.

With Heilbronn, Radisson Individuals positions itself at the intersection of business travel, long stay demand, and regional leisure tourism.
“With Konstanz and Heilbronn now joining Radisson Individuals alongside Ludwigsburg, our three HARBR. hotels are connected under one international brand for the first time. Each property keeps its own personality, shaped by its destination, yet together they form a cohesive hospitality concept we are proud to grow in Baden-Württemberg. We look forward to welcoming guests across all three locations,” says Thomas Fulster, Managing Director, DQuadrat Living GmbH.
The expansion reflects a broader shift toward flexible lifestyle hotels that adapt to local environments while benefiting from international brand reach. For Radisson Individuals, Baden-Württemberg now represents a connected network of stays offering urban culture, lakeside relaxation, and wine country experiences under one recognizable umbrella.
