Princess Beatrice is reportedly considering a move to the United States with her husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi as scrutiny over her father, Prince Andrew, and his links to Jeffrey Epstein continues.
Sources say Beatrice and her sister, Princess Eugenie, are deeply concerned by the ongoing public attention, despite having no evidence of wrongdoing themselves. Observers suggest that staying in the UK could expose Beatrice to persistent media focus as new information emerges, making a relocation abroad a logical choice for privacy and a fresh start. Comparisons have been drawn to Prince Harry, who relocated to the US to step away from intense royal scrutiny.
Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi’s business ventures in the United States also make a move practical. His design firm, Banda, has been expanding operations in cities like Los Angeles and Miami. “A move to the United States would certainly seem obvious for them. Edo spends a lot of time there so I can easily see them moving there,” a source said.
The couple, parents of two young daughters, have maintained a low public profile since renewed attention on the Epstein case and its connections to the royal family. Meanwhile, Beatrice’s mother, Sarah Ferguson, has faced criticism and lost an honorary title following reports of her previous association with Epstein. This added scrutiny has reportedly intensified pressure on Beatrice and Edoardo as they consider their long-term plans outside the UK.
