M&I Transatlantic Miami is taking over Coral Gables this June. In a unique partnership with the Greater Miami Convention and Visitors Bureau, the global leader in MICE networking events is preparing a strong and focused gathering for decision-makers in the travel and events space.
From June 19 to 22, the Loews Coral Gables Hotel will host a highly curated mix of 30 American buyers and 30 European and US-based suppliers. This is not your average business event. The concept has gained serious traction in past years, and now it returns with a stronger cross-continental purpose, giving top European suppliers direct access to American demand.
Meetings won’t be random. Business sessions will take place in the elegant Alhambra Ballroom, a setting tailored for one-to-one appointments. Everything is pre-arranged to make sure time spent equals results delivered.
But it’s not just about the meetings. M&I is known for blending work with unforgettable local experiences. Evenings will roll out across top Miami venues like the Tea Room at EAST Miami and the lush grounds of Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden. Delegates will also explore Miami beyond the boardroom. Planned experiences include the Everglades, Wynwood’s iconic street art, a curated city tour, and an immersive show at Superblue Miami.

Richard Barnes, CEO of M&I, didn’t hold back in explaining what makes this event a standout: M&I Transatlantic Miami is a perfect stage to highlight top-tier European suppliers, right in front of key American buyers. Our format isn’t just about meetings – it builds real partnerships across the Atlantic. With transatlantic travel demand up 8.5 percent since the pandemic, this is the right time and the right place to connect. And Miami? It’s the ultimate setting – diverse, dynamic, and strategically positioned as a hub for global business.
