Diddy Sex Trafficking Trial Raises Eyebrows Over Alleged Jury Intimidation

Diddy Sex Trafficking Trial

Diddy Sex Trafficking Trial Raises Eyebrows as Courtroom Behavior Sparks Judge’s Warning.

A tense moment unfolded in court this week when music mogul Diddy nearly got kicked out of his own sex trafficking trial. The judge presiding over the case, Arun Subramanian, openly called out the Bad Boy founder for allegedly making gestures toward the jury while key witnesses were being questioned.

According to courtroom reports, Judge Subramanian firmly addressed Diddy’s lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, and said, “Your client was looking at jurors and nodding vigorously. This can’t continue or I’ll take measures you won’t like. That includes possibly removing him from the courtroom. Do you understand?”

Agnifilo responded with a quick promise, “It’s not going to happen again,” to which the judge sternly added, “This cannot happen again.”

Diddy has been noticeably active throughout the trial. Observers in the courtroom have seen him pass notes to his legal team and send affectionate gestures to his mother, who watches from the public gallery. This behavior has drawn concern, especially as the trial continues to uncover disturbing details.

Diddy Sex Trafficking Trial Focuses on Leaked Assault Video

One of the most shocking revelations this week was tied to a now infamous video showing Diddy allegedly assaulting Cassie Ventura in a hotel hallway. According to former InterContinental Hotel security guard Eddy Garcia, Diddy paid a staggering 100 thousand dollars to secure the only copy of the footage and ensure it never surfaced.

Garcia testified that Diddy told him the footage had to be the only existing version and asked if he was certain nothing was stored on any cloud servers. Garcia then revealed he was handed an envelope containing the large sum. Of that, 50 thousand went to his superior, Bill Madrano, and the remaining amount was split between Garcia and another guard.

In addition to the money, Garcia was reportedly forced to sign a non disclosure agreement. The NDA carried a hefty one million dollar penalty if broken. In exchange, Garcia turned over a USB stick containing the video.

He also told the court that he spoke with Cassie over FaceTime and she personally asked for the footage to be destroyed.

Evidence in Diddy Sex Trafficking Trial Called Authentic

Diddy’s legal team tried to have the video excluded from the case, claiming it had been altered by unnamed sources. However, prosecutors countered by stating that they had acquired the original footage and had it examined by forensic experts. The conclusion? The recording was genuine and had not been tampered with.

This week’s testimony has only intensified the scrutiny around Diddy as more allegations and evidence continue to emerge in the high profile sex trafficking case. The courtroom remains on edge as each day brings more details that could shape the outcome of this explosive trial.
