Several new accusers have come forward, making explosive allegations of sexual assault against Sean “Diddy” Combs, spanning from 2001 to 2022.

In newly reviewed federal court documents, five individuals claim that the 55-year-old music mogul drugged and raped them. These accusers, who have chosen to remain anonymous, are being represented by Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee. Buzbee has expressed his intention to file lawsuits on behalf of 120 victims, suggesting that more cases will be filed regularly as his team gathers additional evidence.

Buzbee took to social media to announce the new lawsuits, asserting that his firm plans to continue pursuing legal action each week. He emphasized that more filings are imminent, naming Combs and others as defendants.

A spokesperson for Combs responded to the lawsuits by referring to a civil case filed against Buzbee earlier this week. In a statement to USA TODAY, the representative accused Buzbee of using a series of lawsuits as “shameless publicity stunts,” designed to extract payments from celebrities who fear damaging falsehoods. The statement continued, “Mr. Combs has full confidence in the truth and the judicial process. The truth will come out in court: Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor.”

Combs, who is currently in jail ahead of his May 2025 trial, faces federal charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation for prostitution. Despite repeated attempts by his lawyers to secure his release on a $50 million bond, he remains incarcerated. Combs has consistently denied all allegations of rape, assault, and trafficking, which have been outlined in numerous civil lawsuits over the past year.

The Accusations

Among the five new lawsuits filed, three male and two female accusers share harrowing accounts of their alleged assaults, which span from 2001 to 2022.

One John Doe, a 39-year-old Georgia resident, claims that in 2022, he blacked out after drinking drugged beverages at a New York City house party hosted by Combs. He alleges that he was raped during the event, and his legal filing details the severe emotional trauma he continues to experience.

Another John Doe from Texas accuses Combs, an unnamed bodyguard, and an employee referred to only as “a Caucasian man” of raping him in 2001. The alleged incident occurred during his audition for a music video, where he claims a Diet Coke he drank in a hotel room was drugged, causing him to lose consciousness. He reports requiring medical treatment afterward and has struggled with deep emotional and mental distress.

A Jane Doe from Texas brings forward a similar accusation from 2004. At 17 years old, she attended a Fourth of July party hosted by Combs in the Hamptons, where she claims to have been drugged and sexually assaulted. She describes waking up with painful injuries and later being threatened by Combs and his security. She says she was coerced into leaving the event, agreeing not to contact authorities in exchange for the return of her purse and phone.

Finally, a Jane Doe from Maryland recounts a traumatic encounter in 2001 when she was 18. She and two friends were invited into Combs’ SUV after attending a Halloween party at Club New Yorker. The lawsuit alleges that the women were drugged and forced to perform oral sex on Combs and his security team.

The new lawsuits add to the growing list of legal challenges Combs is facing as more victims come forward with allegations of abuse and misconduct.
