Kevin Spacey homeless is now a reality the Oscar winning actor openly speaks about as he tries to rebuild his career and personal life. Seven years after a s£xual assault scandal disrupted his work and reputation, the actor says he currently has no permanent place to live and moves around depending on where he finds work.

Spacey, 66, told The Telegraph in an interview on Wednesday Nov. 19 that he has been living in hotels and short stays rather than a fixed home.
“I am living in hotels, I am living in Airbnbs, I am going where the work is,” he said. “I literally have no home and that is what I am trying to explain.”
The actor noted that his finances have been deeply affected by the legal battles that followed the accusations. Although he avoided bankruptcy, he said the experience has drained him.
“The costs over these last seven years have been astronomical,” he said. “I have had very little coming in and everything going out.”
He also said he is slowly adjusting to life after being removed from major roles. “You get through it,” he said, explaining that he now lives similarly to how he did early in his career. “In strange ways, I feel I am back where I started which was going wherever the work was.”
Everything he owns is currently stored away while he waits to see where life takes him next. “I hope if things continue to improve, I can decide where to settle down again,” he added.
More than 30 men came forward beginning in 2017 with claims ranging from inappropriate behavior to s£xual assault, including actor Anthony Rapp from “Star Trek: Discovery.” Spacey has denied wrongdoing and was acquitted of accusations brought forward in a UK trial in July 2023. He was also found not liable in a 2022 civil case in New York.
Netflix removed him from “House of Cards” after the allegations surfaced, ending the show in 2018 with Robin Wright leading the final season.
Spacey recently performed in Cyprus as part of his effort to relaunch his public image and return to consistent work. He continues to publicly respond to accusations, especially following the release of the 2024 documentary “Spacey Unmasked.”
“I take full responsibility for my past behavior and actions, but I will not apologize to anyone who made up claims or exaggerated stories about me,” he told former journalist Dan Wootton in May 2024.
He rejected claims that he ever offered career opportunities in exchange for sexual favors. “I have never said that to anyone,” he stated.
In May 2024, Spacey received a lifetime achievement award at an event in Cannes, calling the last several years “challenging” but saying he is determined to move forward.
