Businesswoman Jenna Jameson Files Divorce Papers, Ends Marriage to Jessi Lawless.
Jenna Jameson has officially filed for divorce from her wife, Jessi Lawless, almost a year after Lawless initially revealed their separation.
The former adult film star turned entrepreneur filed the divorce papers on Thursday, February 27, in a Nevada court. The documents state that the couple has been living apart since April of the previous year.
Jameson is seeking to retain several valuable items, including luxury handbags, jewelry, clothing, and personal artworks. The filing also notes that the couple has no children together and is not expecting.
Last year, Lawless publicly announced that she was ending their marriage, accusing Jameson of continuing to drink despite having promised to stay sober when they married. In an annulment petition, Lawless also mentioned financial issues, alleging that Jameson had accumulated a debt of $500,000.
However, Lawless later deleted the social media post regarding the split, and the annulment case was dismissed in December after no further action was taken. Neither Jameson nor Lawless has publicly commented further on the divorce proceedings.
