Wolt Finnish customer service restructuring has officially begun as the food delivery company opens change negotiations in Finland. Up to 80 roles in the Finnish customer service team could be affected by the move.

The restructuring aims to streamline Wolt’s operations and adjust the customer support model in Finland to better align with the company’s global structure. In the future, the Finnish customer service team will focus on handling more complex cases that require a deeper understanding of the local language and culture.
Wolt clarified that only the customer service operations in Finland are involved in the negotiations. Other parts of Wolt’s operations in the country will remain unaffected.
The exact number of roles impacted will be determined during the consultation process.
Globally, Wolt employs more than 15,000 people across over 30 countries. Approximately 1,500 of these employees are based in Finland.
