Gunna The Last Wun is already making headlines, and LeBron James is one of the first major stars to show his support. The NBA legend praised the Atlanta rapper’s new project on social media, proving he stands behind Gunna during this defining chapter of his career.

The album is Gunna’s final release under YSL Records following years of legal troubles and internal fallout. Despite the challenges, the rapper continues to push forward, and his sixth full-length project shows his music still holds strong influence.
LeBron James took to social media to share his thoughts on the record, writing: “WUNNA!!!! Man o man! You don’t miss. The Last Wun.” His post showed genuine respect for the rapper’s consistency and artistry.
The project includes 25 tracks and features guest appearances from Offset, Wizkid, Burna Boy, and Nechie, bringing international variety to the album.
The Atlanta rapper dropped his last project just over a year ago, while label boss Young Thug remained behind bars. In a conversation with will.i.am for Uproxx, Gunna reflected on his struggles and expressed gratitude toward his fans.

When asked about returning to live performances after his release, Gunna shared:
“It’s one of the best feelings in the world that I’ll never forget. I never take it for granted. My fans really came through for me. It was about me, but it was really about them showing up for me. I got die-hard fans, for sure.”
The rapper also left a direct message for his supporters:
“First, thank you for being with me. And never give up. Don’t stop, especially when they want you to stop. That’s when you really push. Pray until something happens. A lot of things will try to pull you down or get in your way, but when you get over the hump, you feel stronger.”

Since taking a plea deal in 2022, Gunna has faced accusations of snitching from critics and even former associates. His lawyer, Steve Sadow, denied those claims, but the talk has followed Gunna through his comeback.
Even with controversy around him, The Last Wun marks a key moment in his career. With LeBron James giving his public backing, Gunna’s message of strength and resilience carries more weight than ever.
