Drake Kendrick Lamar Toronto drama continues as Drake reveals exactly where he will be while Kendrick Lamar takes the stage in Toronto tonight. This is Kendrick’s first visit to Drake’s hometown since the start of their high-profile feud, and the 6 God seems to be setting up an event of his own to counter the concert.

According to internet personality Kai Cenat, Drake will join him on a livestream to give away hundreds of thousands of dollars as part of their “Somebody Loves Me” music video challenge. The livestream is scheduled for 8 PM EST on June 12, which is exactly when Kendrick will perform in Toronto.

Cenat wrote on Instagram Stories: “We were blown away by the creativity and thought poured into each submission. We were supposed to go live today but needed a little extra time to review them. Tomorrow Drake and I will go through some of the submissions with you guys, share some favorites and some not so good ones, and announce the 20 winners who will get money to bring their video ideas to life.”

This marks the first time Drake and Kai Cenat have streamed together.

Fans were invited to submit clips between 30 seconds and one minute, serving as creative treatments for the “Somebody Loves Me” music video. The final product will be a mix of fan-directed clips edited together.

Previously, Cenat shared his thoughts on Drake’s “Nokia” video during a Twitch stream. He said: “Music video, not a banger. Y’all gotta let me direct this. ‘Nokia’ is fun, I’m not hating. But I think it should’ve been like this…”

He then humorously acted out his vision, suggesting a carnival or arcade setting with roller skates, showing his energy and unique take on music video directing.

Drake’s choice to focus on this livestream giveaway during Kendrick’s Toronto performance reflects a shift in their rivalry, moving from direct confrontation toward creative engagement with fans.
