QDrive Technologies has launched an AI-powered marketplace designed to connect independent premium and luxury vehicle rental companies with customers and travel industry partners, unveiling the new platform at World Travel Market (WTM) London 2026, which runs from November 3 to 5 at ExCeL London.
Developed by QDrive Performance, a premium vehicle hire, chauffeur and leasing operator based at Heathrow, the platform aims to change how independent businesses compete in the premium vehicle rental market. It gives smaller operators access to shared technology, a wider customer network and booking infrastructure without requiring them to give up ownership of their vehicles or operate under another company’s brand.

The marketplace is built around a cooperative business model. Independent vehicle rental companies can retain control of their fleets and business identities while becoming part of a wider network of vetted operators across the UK and Europe. Through the platform, customers, corporate travel buyers, travel agents and hotel concierge teams can search for and book premium vehicles directly from participating providers.
Artificial intelligence is integrated into different stages of the booking process, including vehicle searches, recommendations and reservations. The aim is to make it easier for customers and travel professionals to identify suitable vehicles while helping independent rental businesses reach clients beyond their traditional markets.
The launch addresses a challenge that has affected independent operators in the premium rental industry for years. Many smaller companies have struggled to expand their customer base and distribution networks while competing with established rental brands that have greater resources and wider market reach. For some, joining a franchise has been one way to access a larger network, but this can come at the cost of operating under a different brand identity.
QDrive Technologies is positioning itself as an alternative. Rather than requiring independent businesses to become part of a franchise, the platform allows them to maintain their existing operations while benefiting from shared technology and access to pooled customer demand.
“Independent operators in this industry have never really had a third option,” said Hamza Ahmad, CEO and Co-Founder of QDrive Performance. “QDrive Technologies lets them keep their fleet and their identity, while giving them access to a network, a technology stack and a level of demand that would otherwise be completely out of reach. That is the gap we built this platform to close.”
QDrive Performance is demonstrating the marketplace at its stand throughout WTM London 2026. Its supplier portal is already open for independent vehicle rental operators interested in registering ahead of the platform’s full public launch.
Founded in 2019, QDrive Performance operates from Heathrow and provides premium vehicle hire, chauffeur services and vehicle leasing. The company says it manages a fleet of more than 500 vehicles across six locations in the UK.
With QDrive Technologies, the company is seeking to extend its role beyond vehicle hire and leasing by providing digital infrastructure for a wider network of premium rental operators. Its launch at WTM London places the platform before an international travel industry audience that includes tourism businesses, travel agencies, hospitality companies and corporate travel professionals.
