BeWider at Stockholm Fashion Week 2026 brought denim and club-inspired style into focus, reflecting the Swedish label’s connection to streetwear, music culture and individual expression. Presented during the June edition of Stockholm Fashion Week, the showcase formed part of a programme that put emerging creative voices and distinct design identities at the centre of Swedish fashion.

Founded by designer Peter Jansson, BeWider has built its identity around loose-fitting denim and streetwear. The brand’s approach draws on the freedom of rave culture, balancing everyday denim with more expressive pieces. At Stockholm Fashion Week, that identity connected with a wider programme exploring fashion beyond conventional runway expectations.
The showcase also reflected the broader mix of influences that shaped this year’s event, where designers brought subcultures, personal perspectives and alternative aesthetics into their collections. For BeWider, denim provided the foundation for an exploration of attitude, movement and self-expression.
