ITB Berlin 2027 tickets are now on sale, giving travel industry professionals an early opportunity to secure access to the world’s leading travel trade show, scheduled for 16 to 18 March 2027 in Berlin. The new ITB Orange Pass is the biggest addition to this year’s ticket range, offering premium services, priority entry, dedicated networking opportunities and benefits for exploring the German capital.

Organised as a business-to-business event for the international travel industry, ITB Berlin brings together tourism boards, travel companies and other industry professionals to build partnerships, exchange knowledge and discuss developments shaping global tourism. Under the 2027 slogan “Travel & Tourism in Motion”, the event will focus on the industry’s changing landscape and the trends influencing the future of travel.

Tickets are available through the official ITB Berlin ticket shop, with Early Bird prices running until 14 January 2027. A regular trade visitor unlimited pass costs EUR 75 during the Early Bird period and EUR 85 at the standard rate. Day tickets are priced at EUR 52 and EUR 59, respectively.

Students can purchase an unlimited pass for EUR 46 during the Early Bird period, rising to EUR 50 at the regular rate. Student day tickets cost EUR 35 in advance and EUR 37 at the standard rate. The new ITB Orange Pass costs EUR 299 during the Early Bird period and EUR 399 at the regular rate. The premium pass is limited to 300 tickets.

Discounted rates are also available through participating industry associations. ITB Berlin says it is finalising arrangements with additional partners and plans to announce further association partnerships separately.

Deborah Perlitz, formerly Rothe, Director of ITB Berlin, said the expanded ticket range is intended to help trade visitors make better use of their time at the event. She described the Orange Pass as an addition designed to improve convenience and efficiency while creating more opportunities for business meetings and networking.

A standard trade visitor ticket includes admission to the exhibition and the ITB Berlin Convention, alongside access to guided tours covering current industry topics and a range of networking events. It also includes free, unlimited access to the ITB Navigator, the show’s digital platform, which allows visitors to identify relevant contacts, arrange appointments and plan their schedules before arriving in Berlin.

The Orange Pass builds on these existing benefits with a package aimed at visitors who want additional convenience and dedicated services during the three-day event. Holders can enter from 9 a.m. through all entrances and use fast-track entry at the north and south entrances.

The pass also provides access to an exclusive lounge in Hall 7.2b, where visitors can use a dedicated information counter. Business benefits include a complimentary meeting slot at a Business Satellite, access to selected networking events and reserved seating at the ITB Berlin Convention.

Additional services include daily cloakroom access for one item of clothing and one piece of luggage, as well as a daily voucher for coffee, snacks and soft drinks. Pass holders will also receive a goodie bag and access to the viewing platform of the Berlin Radio Tower.

The package extends beyond the exhibition grounds through a four-day Berlin WelcomeCard provided in partnership with visitBerlin. The card includes public transport across Berlin’s ABC fare zones and access to more than 170 discounts and benefits at attractions, museums, shops and restaurants.

For international tourism professionals planning to attend ITB Berlin 2027, the Orange Pass combines trade show access with services intended to make business meetings and time in the city easier to organise. However, its value will depend on how much visitors expect to use the additional lounge facilities, networking opportunities, refreshments and Berlin travel benefits.

With only 300 Orange Passes available, interested visitors may need to book early if they want the premium option. Those primarily seeking access to the exhibition and convention can choose from the standard trade visitor tickets, which remain the less expensive alternative.
