ValueJet’s fourth anniversary celebration in October 2026 will give customers the chance to win free flight tickets and all-expenses-paid trips to Accra, Ghana, and Banjul, The Gambia, as the Nigerian airline marks four years of commercial operations.

The anniversary promotion runs from 5 to 31 October, with two separate giveaways designed to reward passengers who book and travel on qualifying ValueJet flights. From 5 to 10 October, four customers will be selected each day to receive complimentary tickets. Meanwhile, two grand prize winners will each receive an all-expenses-paid getaway for themselves and a companion. One winner will travel to Accra, while the other will visit Banjul.
To qualify, customers must book and travel on ValueJet’s Boeing 737NG service to Abuja or Port Harcourt during the promotion period. Eligible passengers will be entered into the daily ticket giveaway and the grand prize draw, subject to the promotion’s terms and conditions.

The anniversary campaign coincides with a significant development in the airline’s fleet. On Monday, 5 October 2026, ValueJet’s first Boeing 737NG, registered as 5N-CFZ, is scheduled to operate its first passenger flight from Lagos to Abuja.
The introduction of the Boeing 737NG represents an important step in the airline’s efforts to expand its operations and develop its onboard offering. It also signals continued investment in its fleet as ValueJet seeks to strengthen its presence in Nigeria’s domestic aviation market and across West Africa.
Omololu Majekodunmi, Managing Director of ValueJet, said the anniversary was an opportunity to recognise the passengers who had supported the airline since its early days.

“Four years ago, we set out to build an airline Nigerians could rely on,” Majekodunmi said.
He described reaching the anniversary alongside the introduction of the airline’s first Boeing aircraft as a proud moment for the team. He also said the free tickets and trips to Accra and Banjul were intended as a way of thanking customers, while the new aircraft reflected the airline’s future direction.
ValueJet plans to share stories from the promotion throughout October, including the experiences of giveaway winners and customers who have flown with the airline over the years. The campaign places passenger engagement at the centre of the anniversary celebrations while drawing attention to the airline’s fleet development.

Customers who wish to participate can book an eligible Boeing 737NG flight to Abuja or Port Harcourt through the airline’s official website at www.flyvaluejet.com. They must also complete their journey within the promotion period to qualify for the draws. Additional terms and conditions apply.
ValueJet is operated by FlyForValue Aviation Ltd. Although the airline was founded in 2018, it began commercial operations in 2022. It operates domestic services from its hubs in Lagos and Abuja, alongside regional connections to destinations including Accra, Banjul, Cotonou and Monrovia.
The fourth-anniversary promotion combines customer rewards with the arrival of a new aircraft type in the airline’s fleet. For eligible passengers travelling during October, it also offers a chance to win complimentary flights or a trip to one of two West African capitals.
