An accuser of Andrew Tate has alleged that she was pressured into performing sexual acts she had explicitly refused while working at his alleged webcam operation in Romania, according to court documents obtained by TMZ. The allegations are connected to extradition proceedings in the United Kingdom involving Tate and his brother, Tristan Tate. Both men deny wrongdoing.

Andrew Tate Accuser Alleges She Was Forced Into Non-Consensual Sexual Acts at Romanian Webcam Operation

The woman told the court, according to the reported documents, that Andrew Tate persuaded her to move to Romania in 2017 after assuring her that participating in webcam work would be optional. She alleged that, after arriving, she worked shifts lasting 12 hours while the brothers and other people controlled online conversations and accepted payments for sexual acts she had not consented to perform.

According to the filing, the woman had made clear that certain activities were off-limits, but she alleged that her boundaries were disregarded. She described being pressured into using sexual toys and claimed that, on one occasion, she was made to perform a sexual act involving a bed knob for an hour. She characterised her alleged treatment as “sexual slavery.”

A second woman made separate allegations against Tristan Tate. She claimed that he repeatedly choked her during sex until she lost consciousness and that he subjected her to further non-consensual acts while she was unconscious. She also alleged that he once told her, “the more he liked someone, the more he wanted to hurt them.”

The allegations have been strongly disputed by the brothers’ legal representative, Joe McBride, who responded to TMZ by criticising the British authorities and rejecting the claims. McBride described the extradition proceedings as a “political kidnapping” and asserted that the brothers were being unfairly portrayed. His response also questioned the allegations that either man had coerced women into sexual activity.

The competing accounts place the allegations and the brothers’ denials at the centre of the ongoing legal proceedings. The claims described in the court documents remain contested and should not be treated as established findings of guilt. The extradition case involving Andrew and Tristan Tate continues as the legal process moves forward.
